How RNE Games handles analytics, pseudonymous gameplay data, chat, reports and data requests.
This English version controls. Brazilian law applies. Informational translations are provided for accessibility.
Data we handle
RNE Games does not create user accounts. Games may process a display name, pseudonymous player or device identifiers, scores, match results and technical connection data needed to operate gameplay, rankings and reconnection.
Free-text chat is normally held in active room memory. If a message is reported, a snapshot of that message and pseudonymous identifiers may be stored as moderation evidence.
Analytics and local storage
By default, PostHog processes only cookieless page visits, page leaves and Web Vitals under our legitimate interests, without a persistent identifier. Full pseudonymous product events about navigation, PWA installation and updates, gameplay lifecycle, aggregate results and errors begin only if you allow them. It does not receive room codes, chat text, display names or private gameplay identifiers. Autocapture, session replay, heatmaps and person profiles are disabled. You can object to all analytics or change your choice at any time in Analytics settings.
The app also uses browser storage for language, installation, offline cache, game progress, anonymous identity, moderation consent and player blocks. Service Worker caches can be removed by the browser or by clearing site data.
Retention and disclosure
Operational room and chat state is ephemeral unless a game explicitly stores rankings or progress. Report evidence and moderation decisions have no automatic expiration and remain until an operator removes or redacts them. RNE Games does not sell personal data.
Infrastructure and analytics providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver their services. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect players, the service or others.
Your choices
There is no account-deletion flow because RNE Games has no accounts. To request access, correction or removal of data that can reasonably be linked to your pseudonymous identity, contact support@rnegames.com with the game, approximate date and identifiers available to you.
Analytics settings
We use analytics to understand how our games are used and keep them running smoothly. With your permission, optional analytics help us improve the experience.
